In Dubai, DEWA & Dubai Municipality require regular MEP maintenance for safety and license renewal. Without it, you face DEWA fines, AC breakdown in summer, water pump failure, and tenant complaints.
Al Baraq Technical Maintenance AMC Includes 3 Major Categories:
A. MECHANICAL (M):
- AC/HVAC Maintenance: Split, ducted, cassette, central AC, chiller, AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, duct cleaning, gas refilling, compressor replacement (O General, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Carrier, Trane)
- Plumbing Maintenance: Leak detection with thermal camera, pipe repairs, bathroom fittings, water pump/motors, water tank cleaning, drainage unblocking, water heater
- Water Pump & Filtration: Booster pumps, transfer pumps, sump pumps, swimming pool pumps, automatic controllers
- Swimming Pool Technical: Pool pump, filter, heater, chemical dosing, tiling & waterproofing (with civil team)
B. ELECTRICAL (E):
